Additional Warranty per 1 ITEM: example - pair of earrings, single ring, single bracelet, single necklace
All items are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable law, plus an additional 2-year extended guarantee provided by us, for a total coverage of 4 years.
The warranty includes:
- Repair of manufacturing and material defects (once in period - 2 years)
- Reshaping of items that have become deformed or misshapen (once in period - 2 years)
- Repair or reattachment if a claw or bezel has come loose or fallen off (once in period - 2 years)
- Polishing of scratched or oxidized items (once in period - 2 years)
- Free shipping when sending the item in for maintenance or resizing (once in period - 2 years)
- One complimentary ring resizing (once in period - 2 years)
The warranty does not cover:
- Lost or carelessly handled items
- Damage resulting from unusual or improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Replacement of lost or missing stones
