PHOTO & VIDEO BEFORE SHIPPING
Every piece is handmade, so no two come out exactly the same. This option lets you see your finished piece in photos and a short video while it is still in our studio, before it is shipped.
Extra peace of mind, especially when the piece is intended as a gift or a surprise.
HOW IT WORKS
1. We finish your piece: handcrafted to your order
2. You receive photos and a video in an Etsy message before the piece is packed
3. You reply: approve it, or let us know if you would like something adjusted
4. We ship within 24 hours of your approval
GOOD TO KNOW
- We hold shipping for up to 3 days to give you time to reply. If we don't hear from you within that time, we will ship your order.
- Some adjustments may be possible before shipping, depending on the requested change.
- Larger changes may require additional production time and delay the shipping date.
Processing time:
• Standard orders: 3 weeks + shipping (2-10 business days)
• Ready to ship items: dispatched within 1-3 business days + shipping depending on destination
• Rush Order: available as an add-on. Your order is prioritised and prepared within 1-3 business days.
