2-Year Extended Warranty

Add extra peace of mind to your handmade jewellery with our optional 2-year extended warranty.

The extended warranty covers:

• Genuine manufacturing and material defects
• Repair, replacement, remaking, or another suitable solution for approved claims
• One complimentary ring size adjustment per covered ring

Important:

• One warranty covers one specific jewellery item only. A separate warranty is required for each item.
• If a ring was made in the wrong size by eMeraki Studio, we cover the resizing or remake costs, including shipping.
• If the ring was made in the correct ordered size but a different size is needed, the first size adjustment is complimentary, but the customer covers all shipping costs.
• The warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, incorrect size selection, changes in finger size, or modifications made by another jeweller.

The extended warranty provides an additional two years of coverage after the applicable statutory consumer rights period and does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.
