But the ring itself surpasses the already very positive communication in advance. They not only got it to us by Christmas, they also held my hand through my many questions. I was unsure about the colors since opals look very different in different lighting. When I pointed this out, they added white gold in the inlay to make my stones shine brighter, and talked me through the process of how and why they did it.
