I can’t say enough good things about this ring and the Emeraki team! We ordered an engagement ring at their busiest time of year with no expectation of it arriving before the holidays. They not only got it to us by Christmas, they also held my hand through my many questions. I was unsure about the colors since opals look very different in different lighting. When I pointed this out, they added white gold in the inlay to make my stones shine brighter, and talked me through the process of how and why they did it. Communication was so smooth and supportive, even with a 10 hour time difference.
