Hello!! I bought a ring in white gold with a black diamond and I am very satisfied not only with the ring but also with the entire transaction. I had so many questions, all of which were answe,red very well and I was also given very good advice about the ring size that I was unsure about. But the ring itself surpasses the already very positive communication in advance. The ring is really incredibly beautiful and it served its purpose because my lovely wife is very happy to have this ring. I can't say anything negative about communication, handling or the product. I can’t say enough good things about this ring and the Emeraki team! We ordered an engagement ring at their busiest time of year with no expectation of it arriving before the holidays. They not only got it to us by Christmas, they also held my hand through my many questions. I was unsure about the colors since opals look very different in different lighting. When I pointed this out, they added white gold in the inlay to make my stones shine brighter, and talked me through the process of how and why they did it. Communication was so smooth and supportive, even with a 10 hour time difference. I’m beyond thrilled with my ring—it’s the perfect amount of sparkle for a subtle band and the box it comes in is delightful.
