I had so many questions, all of which were answe,red very well and I was also given very good advice about the ring size that I was unsure about. But the ring itself surpasses the already very positive communication in advance. They not only got it to us by Christmas, they also held my hand through my many questions. I was unsure about the colors since opals look very different in different lighting. When I pointed this out, they added white gold in the inlay to make my stones shine brighter, and talked me through the process of how and why they did it. Communication was so smooth and supportive, even with a 10 hour time difference.
